At Aloha Dental, we’re passionate about more than teeth—we’re passionate about people. Led by Dr. Joe Ostheller, DDS, our team provides personalized dental care in a warm, welcoming environment for adults and families in Silverdale and the surrounding Kitsap County area.

Meet Dr. Joe Ostheller, DDS

A Silverdale dentist with deep roots in the Kitsap community.

Dr. Joe Ostheller grew up mainly in Poulsbo and graduated from North Kitsap High School. After completing his education, he returned to the Pacific Northwest with his young family and began his private dental practice in Port Orchard. He later opened a practice in Gig Harbor before eventually focusing his practice exclusively in Silverdale.

My passion in dentistry is seeing great results, and happy patients. My wife, Renee and I, like the Aloha spirit of caring and friendship that people experience while on vacation to Hawaii, so, we decided to change the name of my practice to “Aloha dental”. It reminds us every day to work gently and live Aloha.

The name Aloha Dental was inspired by Dr. Ostheller and his wife, Renee, who wanted their practice to reflect the spirit of caring and friendship associated with Hawaii.

Krista — Dental Assistant

Krista has been a dental assistant for 19 years. She graduated from Bates Technical College in Tacoma, Washington, in 2001 and began working with Dr. Ostheller in 2002.

Her long-standing relationship with the Ostheller family reflects the continuity and personal connection that are part of the Aloha Dental experience.

Together, Dr. Ostheller and the team work to create a friendly, comfortable environment for patients throughout Silverdale and the Kitsap area.
